Hi, I'm Pam Zeidman, founder of Performing Arts Virtual Assistant.

For more than 40 years, I've dedicated my career to the performing arts industry as a dance teacher, choreographer, adjudicator, studio manager, program director, business owner, and administrative professional. Throughout that journey, I've had the privilege of working with students, educators, studio owners, and arts organizations across the United States and internationally. My experience spans every side of the business—from teaching in the classroom and directing productions to managing studio operations, organizing events, and supporting business growth.

Like many studio owners and arts professionals, I've seen firsthand how easy it is to become overwhelmed by the day-to-day administrative demands of running a successful business. Emails, scheduling, registrations, invoicing, marketing, events, and countless behind-the-scenes details can quickly pull your focus away from what you love most—teaching, creating, and inspiring others.

That's why I founded Performing Arts Virtual Assistant in 2015. My mission is simple: to provide specialized administrative support tailored specifically to the performing arts industry. By combining decades of industry knowledge with strong organizational and communication skills, I help studio owners and arts organizations streamline operations, reduce stress, and create more time for the work that truly matters.

The idea for Performing Arts Virtual Assistant grew naturally from mentoring fellow studio owners and arts professionals who needed support navigating the business side of the industry. I quickly realized there was a need for someone who not only understood administrative systems, but also understood the unique challenges, rhythms, and demands of performing arts organizations.

Today, I partner with dance studios, educators, competition organizations, conventions, and arts businesses around the world, providing personalized support in administration, communications, event management, website management, social media, and more. Every client is different, and I take pride in creating customized solutions that help businesses thrive.

When I'm not supporting clients, you'll likely find me spending time at my hobby farm, horseback riding, gardening, hiking, tending to my chickens, or exploring creative outlets through choreography, photography, and the arts.
