Virtual Assistant
Helping performing arts professionals and dance studios thrive!

Hi, I'm Pam, and I work with performing arts professionals and dance studios to help alleviate the administrative burden so you can focus on what you do best...
You are a performing arts professional or dance studio owner who is passionate about sharing your creativity with others, and yet, you feel trapped behind a desk trying juggle social media, emails and invoices. I know what that looks like - I've been a dance teacher, dance studio manager and business owner for over 35 years. My goal, as your mentor or virtual assistant, is to help develop and enhance your business by providing a wide range of services to increase productivity and growth, while you focus on the things you do best – inspiring a student, instructing a class or illuminating the stage with your performance. Together we will develop a plan that meets your expectations and produces amazing results.

Meet The Team

Pam Zeidman
As a professional in the performing arts industry for over 35 years, I can relate to both the struggles and the joys you experience! I have been a dance teacher, choreographer, director, adjudicator, studio manager, program manager, business owner, executive administrative assistant, and virtual assistant.
The idea of becoming a virtual assistant for those in the performing arts industry developed organically after mentoring a dance studio owner from Australia whom I met through a LinkedIn dance teacher group. I love being able to use my skills and knowledge to help others succeed. As an entrepreneur, I enjoy the flexibility of working from my hobby farm home and having time for my other passions - horseback riding, tending to chickens, gardening, hiking, and exercising my creativity through choreography, art, and photography.

Savannah Morey
I have always had a passion for the Performing Arts. I trained in Ballet and Modern for 12 years at the fourth largest multidisciplinary community arts center in the country, the Center of Creative Arts in St. Louis in their Pre-Professional division. I then danced in College at Miami University and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Strategic Communications and Psychology with an emphasis in Social Psychology. Throughout my collegiate years I interned at the Center of Creative Arts helping in marketing, social media management, and non-profit campaign execution. This is where I fell in love with the Performing Arts industry as a whole and non-profit work. Currently, I love working for the Performing Arts Virtual Assistant as I get to fuse my love and knowledge for the Arts and Social Media Management together in my adult life. In my free time I love exercising, spending time with my husband and being a mom to a beautiful 2 year old.
